Fruits Jam -Standard jam for souvenirs-
The fruit farm's proud jam, which produces 40,000 bottles a year, is kept in good condition by storing the fruits immediately after they are harvested at full ripeness. We always offer freshly made jam. We use simple, high-quality ingredients such as beet sugar from Hokkaido and Hiroshima lemon juice to bring out the flavor of the fruit, and we do not use any preservatives or coloring agents.
Fruits chutney - All-purpose seasoning chutney -
Chutney has a strong image of being the secret ingredient in curry, but it has a wide range of uses, and the authentic way to use it is as a condiment or sauce. The chutney, which is unique to a farm that can use an abundance of fruits, uses three types of fruit: cherries, plums, and peaches. We mix spices with consideration to their compatibility, allowing you to enjoy the depth of flavor that the fruit brings out.
Fruit sauce - Sauce that takes advantage of the characteristics of fruits -
Plums are harvested before they are fully ripe, when they are deliberately sour. Plum sauce can be used like ponzu sauce, making use of its sour taste. Heating cherries removes the acidity and creates a rich, deep flavor. A cherry sauce similar to a yakiniku sauce that also has a fruity texture. Both are fruit-based sauces.
